1 küçük boy marul, 4 yemek kaşığı tahin, 1 bardak süzme yoğurt,1 buçuk çay kaşığı tuz, 2 diş sarımsak, 1 buçuk yemek kaşığı limon suyu. Süslemek için bir tutam susak ve zeytinyağı.
